At the end of the program I was surprised
was very helpful and she pushed me through day by day,
answering all my qoutations, offering nutrition advice and making sure
I was comfortable with the training schedule.
Sticking to the schedule was hard at first but coach Sarah
strength and the way I eat. The program helped me kickstart
