MIND & BODY
KORE Mind & Body Classes are designed to be lighter in nature, great for stress relief and a gentler exercise option.
RIDE
Kore rides are a form of exercise focusing either on endurance, strength, or high-intensity intervals (mix).
DANCE
In KORE Dance classes, dancers will be introduced to a wide range of fun choreographies that include different styles, coordination, rhythms, and energy to explore various cultural dance movements.

CROSSFIT (WOD)
WOD is the work-out of the day. This consists of a warm-up to prepare for what is ahead, a strength component to develop muscular strength, and a WOD which is always different. It could last five to fifty minutes depending on the day. Each activity challenges your skills, strengths or cardiovascular fitness to get you stronger, faster and fitter.
KORE 3.60
KORE 3.60 is one of KORE Signature Classes that have been carefully designed and curated by our professional coaches. It includes high intensity endurance training, strength, and conditioning workouts. Whether you aim to increase your caloric expenditure levels, develop your stamina, or boost your muscular endurance, make sure to attend KORE 3.60 three times per week for great results.
KORE STRONG
KORE Strong is your ultimate strength-based class! Each session is a full-body approach containing a mixture of strength based exercises and protocols. The objective is to make each session simple, varied, unique, and progressive through scaling and fun.
