Description
The program targets those who want to start and progress in Calisthenics (bodyweight workouts). It will cover basic exercises and skills necessary to start your Calisthenics journey. The program consists of eight sessions ( two sessions per week), in every session we will focus on one skill and how to perform it in the correct form and the drills leading to achieving it safely.
Lightness, balance and cool movement is the outcome of the calisthenics program
